The Book of Spiritual Living.

Spirituality has nothing to do with recognised religion and is therefore a broad concept with a variation for many perspectives. Naturally for some the knowledge of a higher being or power will be dominant to them. In general spirituality includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, which typically involves a search for meaning, purpose, and making the best we possibly can of ourselves. As such, it is a universal human experience, as spirituality touches us all, even people who do not regard themselves a particularly spiritual or even religious. People may describe a spiritual experience as contentedness, belonging, comfortable, a deep sense of aliveness, a sense of interconnectedness to others, nature, situations or even the universe.

Spirituality can be found in may everyday actions, catching the scent of a flowers, the sound of bird songs and listening to music. It is this experience that I wish to help you to tap in to, and use to help you gain an understanding of your life, your role in it, and to help you come to terms with any problems that you may be experiencing.
