Currently Archan Publishing is a dedicated Online eBook Publisher and therefore all publications are in a medium suitable for distribution as internet data. In the case of our publications this is Adobe PDF Format. As indicated above we do not supply hardcopy books and cannot mail eFiles to customers. We may venture into hardcopy publishing in the future but the viability of this medium still has to be evaluated.
Our publications fall within to main categories, reproduction of existing public domain magical manuscripts and texts, and original publications.
As our authors complete their own proof-reading, we do not accept any claims due to error or omission in the eBook. We do however, undertake random quality checks, but these do not form an agreement to the quality of the material, for which is supplied "as-is". See next paragraph.
All our eBooks are quoted in English Pounds or Stirling. Each price is identified by £ price (GBP)
Replacement of Delete eBooks by the Customer.
We are not obliged to replace any ebooks that you have deleted . Naturally we will review your customer status and MAY have a new download link released to you. We may however, ask for additional information before your request is granted.

We currently use PayPal as our preferred method of purchase. As this is the medium that you will purchase our product through, any approved refunds will also be processed through PayPal. Quality and Compliance Audits
As part of our continuing business objective to to bring to our readers practical works of magick which are informative and as accurate as possible. We randomly withdrawn a number of works on a regular basis, if they are not selling as anticipated, been in publication for over 6 months or received a number of queries from our customers. These works are then given an independent quality audit to ensure clarity, no typographical errors, factual accuracy ( as humanly possible), correct linking to other works etc etc. Audit results are discussed with the relevant Author, and the work republished when any issues have been resolved.
